Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of .5b and Ebitda in excess of 0m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory. • Experienced training professional. • Experience in facilitating training in both classroom and practical training environments. • Intermediate to advanced IT skills (MS Office 365), specifically Teams • Passion for coaching • Stakeholder engagement and commercially minded • Excellent planning, organising and time management skills • Excellent communication skills • Self-motivation and ability to work on one’s own • Great attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to anticipate needs and to react quickly to demands • Great flexibility • Responsible for all training related to the franchise kiosks. • Create, update and deliver induction training content to our new franchisees. • Ensure franchise kiosks are fully compliant in all Health & Safety and Food Safety. • Providing training solutions to all franchise run kiosks such as knowledge and behaviours required to perform their roles with confidence. • Coach the franchisees to ensure the operations are run to the expected level. • Work with Operations Teams to establish ‘Centres of Excellence’ and train the team to perform at our highest standard as well as complete monthly audits to ensure criteria’s are met. • Act as a role model, championing YO culture, values, and behaviours • Positively influence, motivate, and inspire others to achieve their targets in relation to learning & development. • Carry out audit visits on the franchise kiosks to ensure teams are following SOPs and meeting expectations. • Liaise with Attensi to manage the process corporate sites moving into Franchised sites • Complete and organise training sign-offs for Franchisee’s in training. • Frequent travel to southern training academy in Cheltenham as well as sites within their remit of southcentral.
