Key Responsibilities:
: Oversee and manage customer support requests, ensuring timely and effective responses.
: Handle inquiries and provide solutions to customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
: Assist with technical support requests, providing guidance or escalating to the appropriate teams as needed.
: Manage and update customer records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
: Perform general office administrative tasks to support day:to:day operations.
: Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
: Track customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the service process.
Skills and Experience Required:
: Previous customer service experience is essential.
: Ideally, experience in technical support or system administration, or a strong interest in learning these areas.
: Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM tools.
: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
: Strong problem:solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
: Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
