Here at The Morgan Pub Co we are looking for an exceptional individual to lead the kitchen for 2 of our sites in Oxford.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
1. Staff management: Recruit, motivate, and develop staff.
2. Quality control: Ensure food is presented correctly and meets quality standards.
3. Budget management: Manage the kitchen budget and ensure food cost targets are met.
4. Purchasing: Order kitchen items and food from suppliers.
5. Hygiene and safety: Ensure staff adhere to hygiene and safety protocols.
6. Stock control: Maintain stock levels and ensure food rotation procedures are followed.
7. Time management: Manage time between 2 sites, understanding how to prioritize your skill set and rota to suit the needs of the business.
