Sous Chef Outskirts of Colchester (CO7) Up to £34K plus 5k tips My retained client has a great opportunity for a passionate Sous Chef to join their top brigade in a prestigious Restaurant with a Rosette trained Head Chef. The Company: Located on the outskirts of the beautiful historic town of Colchester. The building is contemporary and light to reflect the Menu. The restaurant boasts a sophisticated and elegant dining experience, the successful Sous chef will be under the guidance and leadership of the Head chef who has a great deal of experience in high end Rosette establishments. The Role: Our Client is seeking a Sous Chef packed full of energy and enthusiasm, a passion for cooking, hardworking, but also has a great sense of humor to keep the happy enjoyable vibe of the team going. As Sous Chef, you will keen work alongside the current brigade of 8; and you will have a good working knowledge of all sections. You will have proven previous experience within a similar position and establishment. You will be keen to show your own creative flair and also teach junior Chefs. Experience within a strong Rosette level kitchen is desirable. Salary for this role is up to £26,000 dependent on experience.
