Degree: Chartered Management Degree, from the University of West London
Tuition: L'Oréal fully covers the cost of the degree programme.
Duration: 3 Years + EPA
Working Day Week: 4 Days in L'Oréal, 1 Day at University

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join our team in White City, London. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating logistics and materials for training sessions and events.
2. Assisting in the development of learning offerings for early career talent.
3. Assisting with the rollout of employee surveys and ad-hoc HR initiatives.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
5. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
6. Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Eligibility:
* You must NOT have already obtained a degree.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent).
* Have achieved a BBC at A level or equivalent in International Baccalaureate or other courses.
