Principal Human Resources Recruiter
Location: Solihull/ Hybrid Working/ Would look at Fully Remote
Salary: £60K- £65K + Up to 45% Commission

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will personally contribute sales and skillfully identify specialist candidates for specific requirements. This role will be client-facing, building relationships for your own billing work, self-generating new clients and leading from the front, so a love for building client relationships and developing consultants is essential!

What you will do:
* Be part of an award-winning team of recruiters
* Provide guidance to the team in client and candidate meetings
* Define the team structure and best practices for the team
* Collaborate with the wider business unit to enable cross-selling opportunities

* Proven track record of recruitment experience across Finance, HR or Business Support
* Proven billing history
