What's the Role About?
As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue across Strictly Education's comprehensive portfolio of services. Collaborating closely with our Sales Manager, Sales Team, Marketing Team, and Service Leads, you'll be instrumental in expanding our client base and acquiring new business nationally.
Day-to-day, you will:
1. Achieve monthly KPIs of prospects contacted, pipeline generated, and sales closed.
2. Manage internal sales processes including processing orders, contracts, and quote generation.
3. Generate and track sales leads and produce reports where necessary utilising the CRM database procedures.
4. Act as an ambassador for Strictly Education.
5. Maintain a clear and accurate understanding of the educational market and government educational policy enabling the business to maximise business and growth opportunities.
What Can You Bring To The Role?
1. Similar experience and success in a customer facing role such as an Account Manager or Sales Executive.
2. Experience working within a high-performing team within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
3. Previous experience using administration and ordering systems (such as CRM) diligently.
4. A proven ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and effectively.
5. Experience in selling into the education sector or a sound understanding of the education landscape.

Our Benefits:
The basic salary range for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, along with a competitive commission structure for OTE.
