Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Duties
1. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services.
2. Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments.
3. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team environment.
3. Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is advantageous.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Salary
1. This position is Self Employed and is 100% commission based with no basic salary.
2. Commission structure - 50% commission on profit of first order per customer, and 25% recurring commission on repeat orders.
