Location Theappointee will work from home and may be based anywhere within arealistic travel time of London. Frequent travel will be requiredto customer offices in and around London and M4 corridor once safeto do so. Your Colleagues are based in Marlow Oxford WallingfordReading and Londonrespectively.
Key Objectives To pursue and create relationships with new clientsand to manage relationships with existing clients in both instancesimproving relationships selling our services and winning retainedexecutive as well as general contingency recruitmentassignments.

RoleFunction and Key Responsibilities
Tosuccessfully sell and manage delivery of executive / senior /general recruitment projects across Europe or further afield. Tocreate new client relationships reactivate and manage relationshipswith existing leads.
To identify and develop prospectivenew clients (using Innovantage / similar). To create andsubsequently manage grow and improve longterm relationships withkey Senior stakeholders within these companies and to gain adetailed understanding of their requirements and operations so thatservices may be matched to their requirements and us positioned asthe supplier of choice.
Furthermore whenever possible toensure that we gain preferred supplier status with clients managingall necessary negotiations.
To maintain relationshipswith colleagues within the business network.
To workcollaboratively with stakeholders on recruitment projects and otherinitiatives ensuring they are provided with clear directions andmeasurable outcomes as appropriate and to provide them with thesupport knowledge management and advice they may require.Furthermore to endeavour that all colleagues provide a consistentcoherent and joinedup message to clients at all times regardingsolutions services and capabilities.
To achieve or exceedthe personal and commercial targets set particularly those relatedto conversion of opportunities margin and growth through new clientaccounts. Furthermore to maintain a detailed sales pipeline on ourCRM that will ensure timely notice of new business wins and toprovide accurate and realistic forecasting reporting and otherrelevant information to senior management as required. To ensurethat all personal and assignment activity is recorded on thecompanys ATS.
To build a detailed understanding of ourservices and capabilities as well as of its competitors current andprospective customers and the broader executive recruitmentmarketplace. To utilise the information and insight thus gained forcompetitive commercial advantage.
Experienceskills & personal attributes
A provenand successful track record in executive/senior recruitment eitherworking for a recruitment consultancy or for oneself. This willinclude the ability to create and manage relationships with currentand prospective clients to establish a pipeline of business tocompete for and win retained and contingent recruitmentassignments.
This experience may have been gaineddelivering recruitment services or HR services to customers in anysector but ideally the appointee will have a particular trackrecord in one industry in which they are seen (or could be seen) asa specialist and thought leader.
Your experience may notbe directly related to executive recruitment services but you willmost certainly have a strong business background with knowledge andnetworks within an industry or sector and possess the ability tocompete for and win new business.
Commercially focusedcreative confident selfdriven and inventive able to originatecomplex commercial solutions. Patient and tenacious whenrequired.
Excellent communications skills the ability tolisten and to communicate complex commercial solutions confidentlyyet sensitively to both internal and external parties with equalskill.

This is anAssociate Director role self employed with a commissionsplit with an uncapped annual OTE of 70K per annum.
You bring in the work the Resourcing Team will do all thework of placing the vacancies for you.
