Job: Senior Sales Executive
Salary: £25,400 (OTE £35,000)
Bonus: Fantastic Annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern over 5 days. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Executive with WBAC you will:
1. Model high performance when buying cars, supporting the Regional Manager in driving performance.
2. Provide cover for the Regional Manager if needed and support all colleagues in the region to achieve their very best.
3. Be the main point of contact for customers in your local branch.
4. Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
5. Lead the customer through the purchase journey, completing appraisals on cars, handling and processing important documents and customer payments.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service.
7. Assist the Regional Manager in the smooth running of the region and compliance with company procedures.
8. Perform Branch Standard checks when visiting locations.
9. Identify the support and coaching needs of colleagues and provide constructive feedback and development points when required.
10. Report any potential threat to the business to your Divisional Manager.
11. Ensure all diaries/rotas are set up as per company instructions.
12. Ensure all purchases are completed according to company standards.
13. Provide temporary cover within other regions in the Division.
14. Complete all necessary tasks as set out by HR.
15. Assist in the completion of all purchases.
