4C is looking to appoint a Learning & Development Manager to further develop our internal Learning Academy and enhance our training offerings as we continue to grow and evolve as a business. The role reports into the Partner responsible for our Service Offerings as 4C strives to deliver service excellence in learning and development both internally to our own staff and externally for our clients, incorporating the critical role of leading and developing our Early Careers cohort.
The Role:
The Learning & Development Manager will manage the successful delivery, development, and assessment of learning activities in our business, partnering with business and support teams to leverage existing content, adapting and updating programs, and creating new programs where necessary.
They will be responsible for the design & delivery of cost-effective blended learning journeys, with an emphasis on self-service and consideration of what we manage and deliver using in-house expertise and where we supplement our offering with specialist external support across both technical & behavioural skills.
