* Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
* Assisting with menu planning and dish creation, bringing fresh ideas to the table
* Ensuring food is prepared to the highest standard with precision and consistency
* Overseeing kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
* Training and mentoring junior chefs to maintain a strong kitchen team
* Managing stock levels and ensuring efficient kitchen organisation
