What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. ✅ Partnering with hiring managers to design effective hiring strategies. ✅ Using a variety of sourcing techniques— job boards, social media, networking —to attract top talent. ✅ Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. ✅ Enhancing recruitment tools, optimising ATS, and refining interview templates. ✅ Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics to improve efficiency. ✅ Strengthening employer branding to position ArrowXL as an employer of choice. ✅ Coaching hiring managers on best-in-class recruitment and interview techniques. What You’ll Bring 3 years’ experience as a Recruitment Manager or in-house recruitmentlead. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or currently studying towards it). Strong understanding of talent attraction strategies and candidate experience. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
