The role reports to the Commercial Sales Manager and involves selling the assistive technology product range to care homes and independent healthcare providers.

In addition, the role will provide remote support and on-site training to customers to ensure they are achieving optimal benefits from their advanced monitoring system.

Key responsibilities include:

* Customer Relationship Management: Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new sales opportunities.

* Account Planning: Develop and execute a plan to grow sales and maximize revenue potential in assigned territories.

* Territory Growth Plan: Proactively develop and implement strategies to improve current sales performance and increase market share.
">
* Remote Support: Provide telephone and online assistance to end-users to troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal system performance.
">
* Training and Development: Work with care teams to ensure they are utilizing the advanced monitoring system effectively, providing on-site training and guidance as needed.

* System Monitoring: Proactively monitor systems in the field, responding promptly to any issues or concerns that arise.

* Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including office management and finance tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

* A Full UK Driver's License.

* Previous experience in a similar sales representative role, preferably in the Assistive Technology industry.

* Proven ability to introduce and sell new products to existing client bases.

* Demonstrated technical knowledge and understanding of computing principles.

* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

* A pleasant and professional demeanor at all times, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations across the territory.
