Job Title: Sales Executive

The role involves selling assistive technology products to care homes and independent healthcare providers, as well as providing remote support and on-site training to customers to ensure they achieve the optimal benefit from their advanced monitoring systems.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage customer relationships and execute the sales process.
• Develop and execute account plans for territories.
• Proactively initiate, develop, and implement growth plans to improve current positions and maximize opportunities.
• Achieve targets and objectives for territories.
• Provide remote/telephone support to end users.
• Work with care teams to ensure they get the most out of their advanced monitoring systems.
• Provide remote and on-site training.
• Proactively monitor systems in the field and respond where necessary.
• Provide support to management on day-to-day tasks.
• Carry out administrative, office management, and finance duties as required.
