We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Gap Personnel in Pontypridd. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent for various roles within the company.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting and training new staff members, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to fill job openings.

Requirements:
