As the Hotel Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing all hotel operations, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, driving financial performance, and upholding the highest service and quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have:
• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the hotel industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in managing hotels with over 150 rooms and F&B operations, demonstrating outstanding leadership, strategic insight, and a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality sector.
