Glasgow, with regular travel to other UK sites
Salary up to £58,000 per annum
Full-time, permanent, hybrid working
This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of L&D strategy in a complex, multi-site business. With a workforce of around 2,000 and an evolving approach to people development, this role is about building something from the ground up—implementing structure, identifying skill gaps, and embedding a culture of learning.

What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in a senior L&D role, leading strategy in a complex, multi-site business.
* Confidence in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, with the credibility to embed learning into wider business priorities.
* A proactive, consultative mindset, able to assess capability gaps and design tailored solutions.
* The ability to build and scale an L&D function, aligning it with business growth and transformation.
* Willingness to travel regularly, engaging teams across different locations.
