On behalf of our client, a diversified group in the Environmental, Industrial, and Property sectors, Green Barks Search seeks a passionate Talent Attraction Manager. Headquartered near Durham, our client is an AIM-listed plc and market leader in the UK, South-East Asia, and South Africa. With over 1200 employees and a turnover of over £200m in 2023, our client is thriving and expanding.
Reporting to the CFO and closely working with Divisional HR Managers, you will develop and shape the recruitment strategy and processes, building a talent function from the ground up. This will include the creation of a database, role profiles, developing on and offline marketing channels and campaigns, making the organisation a destination of choice for candidates. You will manage the talent pool, screen CVs and conduct interviews, ensuring candidates are aligned to their values and hiring needs. You will astutely identify challenges and gaps in the workforce, and monitor industry trends and movements, devising long-term recruitment strategies to future-proof the business as much as possible.
Degree educated, the ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience within an in-house recruitment function, specifically in search and selection. Experience in implementing talent software and 360 recruitment is essential. Strong sourcing skills, proficiency in social media and recruitment tools, and excellent communication are required.
