What’s involved?
As a Sous Chef you would get the chance to work alongside an incredibly talented Head chef. You will be responsible for Demi Chef De Parties’ & Commis chefs, preparing food to a high level on a consistent basis in line with current menu specifications. You will be confident in accepting & checking the quality of ingredients from agreed suppliers. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role, but training and the opportunity to progress within the company is given.
