Having been established for over 17 years, Fratelli is an award-winning Italian restaurant with three locations, two in Ampthill and, one in Woburn Bedfordshire.

We are now hiring a new chef to join our team In Woburn.
Using your prior culinary experience, you’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of business, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
We are looking for ambitious and driven food professionals that are aspiring to join a high quality and progressive business, thorough training and support will be provided.
Our Chefs are responsible for:
* Ensuring adequate levels of stock at all cooking and meal preps stations.
* Preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of the business
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and complete the daily cleaning checklists.
* Full compliance with Fratelli Food, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
What we’re looking for:
* Knowledge of culinary and food hygiene practices.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.
* Knowledge of various cooking techniques and production processes.

* Candidates must be age 18 or over due to the hours of the role
* Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, and UK residents to be considered for the role
**You will be required to provide a valid proof of Right to Work in the UK. This can be a valid passport OR birth certificate along with your National Insurance documentation (both must be present OR another form of valid right to work documentation. As applicable, you must have a minimum of 6 months work eligibility available on the right to work documentation that you provide.**

Job duties:
* Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
* Follow recipes and presentation specifications
* Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
* Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
* Restock items as needed throughout the shift
* Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
* Menu planning
* Recording food temperatures
