The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting for a Technical Sales Executive to join our clients growing team working in the manufacturing industry based in the Swansea area.
Hours of work: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5pm: 40 hours per week
Salary: 38-40k depending on experience
Contract: Permanent
The Role:
To deliver agreed targeted profitable sales growth. Identify and develop innovative and new business streams that increase market share and establish a 'stand out' brand position. Proactive sales role.
To protect and enhance the reputation of HTL by ensuring that all business processes are conducted in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
Core Responsibilities:
Promote the brands and product range across all sectors
Develop the core offering, value proposition and Brand differentiation in the marketplace
Identify and pursue profitable sales opportunities within the existing customer base
Focuses sales efforts by researching existing and potential volume of customer base and prioritising accordingly.
Respond and manage all quotes through the Salesforce CRM system in a timely and efficient manner to meet all client and company requirements.
Ensure activity reports on quote chasing activity are produced on a weekly / monthly and annual basis.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing Solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Communicate effectively with colleagues internally and externally to ensure that information is disseminated effectively across the company.
Make a valid and considered contribution to all products by actively engaging in and supporting new sales initiatives.
Liaise with Finance regarding credit status checks.

Ideally: Minimum 5 years in a Senior Sales role
