A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Oakham & Stamford for a Sous Chef to work in their award winning country dining pub and restaurant.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary to £33k + tips worth £4k
* 48 hours - 4 day working week - 3 days off
* 5 weeks holiday - Christmas Day & NYE off
* 4 nights off per week Sun-Tues + 1 more day
* Work in brand new modern kitchen
The Role
* Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
* Brand New refurbished kitchen
* Input into menu ideas for the bar and restaurant - part of management team
* Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels
The Person
* You will already be a Sous Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
* Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
