Sous Chef
This is an exciting opportunity to work with United Restaurant Group. We are looking for a proven, enthusiastic and hardworking Sous Chef to join our team. You must be passionate about working with local suppliers and all the wonderful produce that Dorset has to offer.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring all kitchen operations and activities are carried out in full compliance with the company’s operating standards and procedures, and the Head Chef’s instructions.
2. Working in conjunction with other Chefs, providing clear and consistent direction to the wider team.
3. Effectively managing your team in the absence of our Group Head Chef.

You Will Have:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience working within a similar role.
* Extensive experience working in a high-volume restaurant.
* An extensive array of culinary skills & knowledge, experience and the confidence working as second-in-command to the Head Chef.
* Food Hygiene level 2.
* Experience managing and working with a large diverse and experienced team.
* High standards for producing quality fresh food.
* Excellent & proven track record in leadership and mentoring skills.
