Sales Specialist
We are recruiting for a Sales Specialist within our Business Development team. A Specialist will proactively make outbound calls to follow up on our Business Development and Marketing activity plan. They will identify sales opportunities to achieve personal & team goals and objectives across the full range of products and services.
Key Accountabilities include:
* Plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities and operational tasks to maintain and develop sales of GBA’s course range primarily to the Gulf and Middle East, Africa, and UK.
* Support the solution community in service of our outbound sales efforts.
* Carry out regular and consistent outbound communication with prospective & existing clients to establish new revenue streams, demonstrating and presenting products.
* Establish new Accounts/Business.
* Review sales performance.
* Negotiate contracts and packages.
* Achieve monthly or annual targets.
Candidates should possess the following knowledge and skills:
* An excellent standard of verbal and written English, and a good general educational level.
* Fluent speaking in Arabic (added advantage).
* Excellent tele-calling sales experience including previous business-to-business telephone-based selling.
* Proven experience of working within a fast-paced and highly targeted sales team environment.
* A proven track record of market research, relationship building, and networking with clients to increase revenue.
* Self-motivated with good skills in contacting clients and customers.
* Possess excellent organisational skills.
