My Client, a theme restaurant in central Worcester, is looking to recruit a Permanent Junior Sous Chef. They require a suitably experienced CDP looking to make the next step in a highly regarded venue.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist senior Chefs in managing kitchen operations.
2. Support with training and development of Line chefs.
3. Support with food preparation and presentation.
4. Work closely with front-of-house teams.
5. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
6. Address operational issues and equipment malfunctions promptly.
The salary on offer is up to £30,000 plus bonus and tips.
