Training/Quality Manager Responsibilities: Training - Create, maintain, continually develop & deliver an induction plan/training program fit for our ever developing business and ways of working with our customer base. - Create, maintain, continually develop & monitor/escalate appropriately a process confirmation program to ensure colleagues adhere to SOP's & WI's. Supporting the business whereby colleagues are always complaint under the Ops Management team. - In line with role, regularly review and produce reports/presentations regarding training/compliance communicating to the business - Where potentially required, track & manage costs relating to any training program - Working with the business to understand, create, deliver & maintain a training program fit to support peak requirements - Create/build/develop & maintain relations between all colleagues of the business. While also incorporating collaboration with hauliers and customers - Act as the site point of contact for any training queries/requirements Quality - Champion the DigiHaul quality agenda and ensure SOP's & WI's are fit for purpose (creating where required), ensuring they are always up to date - Ensuring the appropriate documentation/comms are in place reference any agreed changes. Where gaps in SOP's & WI's are identified - the relevant documents are amended and maintained (inc comms) in line with the quality agenda - Create, embed and promote our quality agenda - Create, maintain, continually develop the quality agenda program - to execution & ensure adherence - Prioritise short term v long term developments to maximise operational impact and build long term scalable solutions Business Continuity Management (BCM) - Create, maintain & monitor our BCM program to ensure DigiHaul has a robust plan for any eventuality - Ensure all colleagues of DigiHaul understand our BCMs and how to action next steps if and when required - Regularly review, ensuring routine BCM audits/tests are conducted within required time frames and any actions post audit are closed ASAP - Ensure those who require training, are done so in line with training program What do you need to be a Training/Quality Manager? - A general understanding of the UK&I Transport/Supply Chain industry - Ability to work with key stakeholders at multiple layers within the business and outside of the business - Able to work on own initiative - Experienced in statistical recording and reporting - Excellent communication - with the ability to manage delivery of activities across multiple functions and through multiple stakeholders - Previous experience of Microsoft office / databases - Organised, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment - Excellent Microsoft office skills - Strong facilitation and coaching skills - able to manage & influence cross departmental What will you get in return as a Training/Quality Manager?
