Sous Chef Salary: £35k-£40k Hours per Week 48 hours plus We are searching for an experienced, skilled, and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen. Our English restaurant kitchen is a busy and fast-paced environment, catering for up to 200 covers per day, as well as for private dining and events. Our modern menu is focused on originality and provenance; including seasonal vegetarian dishes, fresh sustainable fish, and rare-breed meats. The ideal candidate must be passionate about food, possess a creative flair, and be able to lead and manage their kitchen team effectively.
