As Trainee Sales Executive, you will be joining a global brand leader. With a bespoke training programme, you will be learning all about the product, delivering exceptional customer service, excelling in sales, and running a profitable retail centre. This role is all about developing business opportunities, managing, and building relationships. Based in Oldham, Manchester, this role is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday, offering a starting salary of circa £27,500 and an OTE of £32,000.
Key Accountabilities for the Trainee Sales Executive:
1. Drive your self-development by engaging with the training programme.
2. Undertake retail and customer service activities within the company’s shop to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
3. Identify and research new business leads.
4. Grow customer accounts via targeted cold and warm calling.
5. Visit customers weekly.
6. Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies.
7. Assist customers with sales, queries, and after-sales service.
8. Conduct stock takes as requested.
9. Re-stock/replenish items.
10. Understand the range of company products.
11. Administer sales orders received.
12. Handle any returns.
13. Manage parts enquiries.
14. Attend training, meetings, and company events onsite and at head office.
