Contract Scotland has an exciting opportunity for a New Home Sales Advisor to join our client in the Fife area.
You will be delivering excellent customer service and guiding the customer through the ‘new homes’ purchasing process.
The role itself will involve:
Ensuring that the general presentation of the site and the sales area is maintained to a high standard.
Ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey
Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots and sites to fully demonstrate the product
Liaise with purchases, solicitors and financial advisers on a regular basis.
Meet and exceed sales targets
As a potential candidate, you will have:
Experience working within a sales environment
Experience working as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder is desirable
Computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft Office packages)
Excellent presentation skills
Full UK Drivers License
Willing to be flexible concerning day-to-day duties and hours worked.
Lone working, dependent on site.
Able to work weekends and bank holidays
