My client near St Austell is seeking an experienced Sous or Senior Sous Chef to expand their busy Kitchen Team.
Using only locally sourced produce, you will ensure that standards are kept high at all times. The right candidate will be capable of using initiative and being proactive as well as being passionate about food within a vibrant, hardworking team. You will need to be confident with all aspects of the kitchen. You will be a forward-thinking chef who is looking for a new challenge and who is passionate about your work.
Working hours are 5 over 7 and include a mixture of evenings and weekends and breakfast shifts, working 45-47 hours per week. Annual salary is £32,000-£33,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus tips.
