Role: Customer Support Admin - Temporary - Lisburn Job Overview VANRATH are assisting our client, a leading FMCG organisation, in their search for a Customer Support Admin for a Temporary Contract. You will assist as a main point of contact for customer support by handling inquiries, issues, and requests. Responding professionally, you'll resolve matters directly or escalate as needed, ensuring excellent customer service and fostering strong relationships. Salary: £12/hour Temporary contract Monday - Friday (37.5 hours) Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls professionally and confidently, meeting response time targets and following company procedures. Accurately process fault reports and machine orders, ensuring correct product allocation and timely completion. Resolve customer queries by collaborating with internal teams, providing clear updates until issues are resolved. Offer basic technical support over the phone, escalating issues efficiently when required. Maintain and manage systems to log, track, and update service requests in line with agreed SLAs. Support revenue growth through product recommendations and upselling opportunities. Monitor and respond to out-of-hours voicemails promptly, ensuring timely resolution. Assist with onboarding and training new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices. Essential Criteria: Experience in a technical support or call-handling role, with a focus on customer service. Proficient in handling technical queries and providing solutions over the phone. Strong background in administrative tasks, including accurate data processing. Proven track record in upselling products or services to customers. Desirable: Experience in the coffee industry or a similar field. Educated to Higher level or equivalent. Formal customer service training.
