What We're Looking For: Experience: Preferable previous Sous or Junior Sous Chef experience (but not essential). Expertise: At least 2 years at an established event catering company or two-rosette level (or equivalent). Passion: A love for great food, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. Leadership: Proven ability to lead or assist in leading a team. Knowledge: Strong understanding of inventory and food cost controls. Communication: Excellent personal and teamwork skills with a "can-do" attitude. What You'll Do: Collaborate with Executive and Head Chefs to prepare and execute outstanding events. Help with the day-to-day running of prep kitchens and event operations. Ensure compliance with EHO regulations, manage hygiene checks, and maintain the highest safety and quality standards. Bring creative input to menus and the wider kitchen operation. What You'll Get: Salary: £40-45k (depending on experience). Perks: £400 annual health and wellbeing allowance staff meals on shift.
