This is working for an established business as a Service Desk Analyst. The client is looking for someone coming from a helpdesk/ service desk role, with a willingness to learn & grow. Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and experience with ticket logging is essential. Experience with an ITSM tool would be a bonus.
