A Pastry Chef role is available at a four star 1AA rosette awarded, multi-outlet hotel with a busy dining operation where you will be joining a large and committed brigade of chefs. The property has three restaurants that have separate menus offering modern British dining all prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce. There is also a large conference and banqueting department used by both corporate and leisure guests. In this role of Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for looking after multiple restaurants and conference/banqueting suites.
Requirements:
1. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in high quality pastry departments, preferably in a multi outlet four star hotel.
2. MUST be able to demonstrate their interest in food and a passion for consistently achieving to their full potential.
