We at Express Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a local authority in their search for a Temporary Complaints Handler to join their expanding team in Leicestershire.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and be willing to work in the Coalville-based office, with some working from home available.
Responsibilities
* Efficiently handle complaints and resolve issues with housing tenants and customers.
* Take ownership and accountability for resolving complaints through to completion.
* Provide office and admin functions.
* Effectively use IT Systems.
* Deliver internal policies, procedures, and agreements.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a similar customer-facing administration role.
* Knowledge of how to schedule repairs jobs.
* A methodical approach to work.
