We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to join our busy team in Doncaster.
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to business growth in a fast-paced environment. This role involves identifying potential customers, providing tailored solutions, and managing the full sales cycle to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will also be expected to stay informed about market trends, implement effective sales strategies, and maintain a high level of customer engagement to ensure long-term success.
Drive Sales Performance
* Identify and engage with prospective customers through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and webinar events.
* Contact both warm and hot leads, converting to sales.
* Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
* Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline management for accurate forecasting.
Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships
* Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.
* Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals and recommending suitable investment opportunities.
* Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Leverage referrals and testimonials to grow the customer base.
* Provide high levels of customer service throughout the sales journey.
Execute Effective Sales Strategies
* Implement and refine sales techniques to maximize conversion rates and revenue generation.
* Develop and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
* Adapt sales tactics to align with business objectives and customer expectations.
* Confidently negotiate and handle customer objections.
Stay Ahead in a Fast-Paced Market
* Keep up with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
* Attend industry events, training sessions, and networking opportunities to expand professional knowledge.
* Proactively seek feedback and professional development opportunities to refine sales skills.
* Utilize data-driven insights to refine customer engagement and sales approaches.
* Maintain agility in adapting to changing market conditions and client needs.
* Share knowledge and insights with colleagues to foster a collaborative sales culture.
Represent the company at key events
* Attend Deal clinics
* Be the main point of contact for customers on Wealth Through Property events.
This is an onsite role, based at our Head Office in Doncaster.
Basic salary plus generous commission scheme (OTE £50,000-£60,000)
