Job Title: Property Recruitment Manager

What will I be doing?
As our Property Recruitment Manager, you will be directly responsible for the Property Recruitment Team to drive the conversion of enquiries (inbound and outbound) to appointments along with the day-to-day operational duties of managing a successful sales team.
As part of your everyday role, you’re likely to be involved in the following:
* Ensuring leads are continuously optimised with appropriate SLAs in place to drive and increase conversion
* Managing a team within Property Recruitment Team with the responsibility for their targets, KPIs, SLAs and team objectives
* Reviewing data to ensure the right quality of leads/appointments are fed through
* Working with one of the PRT to support on training and people development
* Identify new opportunities to improve efficiencies through process and system changes
* Demonstrate inclusive behaviours and leadership consistent with Travel Chapter’s values
* Provide organisational, planning and management support to the Head Of Inside Sales
* Work closely with other managers within the team to ensure all procedures and processes are up to date and identify areas for improvement
* Ensure all SLAs are met within the PRT and review regularly to see where improvements can be made
* Take initiative to support inbound enquiries delivering a continuous pipeline of qualified leads, including self-generation of leads through various methods

Ideally, we’re looking for:
* Proven experience delivering sales growth through the implementation of best practice processes and training
* Working knowledge of at least one of the following: Power BI, Pricing Calculator, Salesforce, AWS
* Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking with attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
* Outstanding communication and influencing skills
* Results driven and motivated to work to hit and exceed targets
* Demonstrated resourcefulness in problem solving and initiative to learn new skills
