We have an exciting job opportunity for a Sales Executive to proactively manage customer relationships, manage opportunities from current and new customers and close deals professionally in a way that maximizes KONE’s order book and profitability. This position is predominately new business sales within our Doors side of the business to manage repairs and full replacement. This role is suited to someone who can open doors and create opportunity in the market, so you’ll be hungry for success, collaborative in your approach and able to influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels as well as building sustainable partnerships. Regions covered: Bristol area, Gloucestershire, Dorset, Cornwall & South of Wales. Key responsibilities: Customer relationship management Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in their areas of responsibility Accountable for developing KONE position in your customer base or market area Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team (e.g. cross-selling) Ensures customer satisfaction and solving complaints with the rest of KONE team Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data Sell Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets Validates that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality and safety Accountable for hand-over to installation, maintenance and/or engineering with complete and correct information Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits Timely and accurate reporting Skills and experience required: New and existing business experience. Mastering customer contacts, presentations and negotiations, closing deals, tendering process, aftersales activities, basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms. Previous experience and results in Sales and customer relationship management. Industry experience is desirable. Technical / engineering background is beneficial. Good IT skills, CRM Salesforce. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). Good knowledge of contractual and financial terms.
