Iconic Resourcing is delighted to partner with a global organisation seeking a strategic and experienced Reward Manager/Senior Reward Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to shape, develop, and deliver a comprehensive reward strategy that aligns with the organisation's overarching goals and values, ensuring competitive market positioning and fostering organisational success.
This pivotal role focuses on designing and embedding the reward strategy, delivering innovative and meaningful solutions to support business objectives while addressing organisational challenges. You will collaborate with senior leaders, leveraging data-driven insights and your expertise to influence decision-making at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver a forward-thinking reward strategy that supports business objectives and drives organisational growth.
* Lead strategic initiatives to align reward structures with evolving market trends and organisational priorities.
* Collaborate with senior leadership (CFO, COO, Directors) to provide expert guidance and innovative solutions to reward-related challenges.
* Design and implement frameworks that address critical issues such as talent attraction, retention, and engagement, with bespoke strategies for high-demand and niche roles.
* Build and embed recognition schemes that enhance employee experience and reflect the organisation’s values.
* Analyse complex internal and external data, including market trends and industry benchmarks, to provide actionable insights and maintain competitive pay and benefits.
* Oversee the development and refinement of reward components, including health benefits, car allowances, bonus structures, and broader total reward strategies.
* Integrate reward processes with organisational design frameworks, ensuring seamless alignment with grading and benchmarking structures.
* Partner with union representatives where applicable, developing approaches to effectively negotiate and embed reward initiatives in unionised and non-unionised environments.
* Act as a key adviser, supporting the leadership team with strategic insights and recommendations, driving impactful change across the business.
What We’re Looking For:
* Extensive experience in delivering strategic reward initiatives, including the development and embedding of comprehensive reward strategies.
* Strong expertise in data analytics, job evaluation, grading, and benchmarking, with proven ability to deliver insights that shape organisational decisions.
* Demonstrated success in partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing at board level.
* Experience in navigating and addressing union-related reward challenges (desirable but not essential; training provided if required).
* Commercially astute, with a clear understanding of market trends and the ability to align these with business needs.
* Proactive, innovative, and adaptable, with a strong focus on driving results in fast-paced, complex environments.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of owning and delivering transformational projects beyond operational reward cycles.
