As a Reward Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s reward strategy, ensuring the total reward offering is competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals. Working closely with HR and business leaders, you’ll provide expert advice on all aspects of compensation and benefits, helping to attract and retain world-class talent. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the design, implementation, and communication of reward frameworks across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and local market practices. Managing existing reward and benefit processes using industry benchmarking to re-evaluate plans where necessary. Dealing with queries from HR and employers on reward, benefit and compensation matters. Evaluate and administer global and local benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations. Leverage data and analytics to provide insights on reward trends, employee engagement, and retention. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a reward or compensation role, ideally in a multinational or FMCG environment. Excellent data analysis and reporting skills with a focus on accuracy and actionable insights. Skilled at building relationships across diverse teams and influencing decision-making.
