Join Our Kitchen Team as a Sous Chef
We love real cooking — and so do our customers. It's a no-brainer, and we're proud to do it differently. As a Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef, lead and engage the kitchen team, and ensure we deliver 14 great shifts each week.
Your responsibilities include leading shifts, ensuring the kitchen operates effectively and safely, managing stocks, health & safety, hygiene, and maintaining 5-star kitchen standards. You will be proactive and detail-oriented, always upholding our high standards.

What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager looking to advance
* Proficiency with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (food prep, hygiene, knife skills)
* A proactive work ethic, leading by example and maintaining high standards
* Relentless drive and a positive attitude towards challenges
* Familiarity with KPIs, decision-making in absence of the Head Chef regarding labour, stock, and safety
* Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders and build trust with Ops Chefs and Managers
* Knowledge of rota scheduling, sales forecasting, reporting, recruitment, and HR
* Experience in training and recruiting kitchen staff, including apprentices and junior chefs
