The role consists of contacting businesses throughout the UK by phone, offering them the most competitive gas and electricity contract the market has to offer. Using professional data, the successful candidate will cold call businesses to gain a Letter of Authority, which will allow you to contact their current supplier to obtain contract data in terms of their rates, usage, and contract end date. Upon receipt of the data, the successful candidate will contact their current and new suppliers to negotiate the best rates on behalf of the business. Once received, the successful candidate will present the best offer to the business and, if accepted, commence the contracting process. Once contracted, it will be the responsibility of the successful candidate to renew the business's contract on an ongoing basis prior to the contract end date. The successful candidate will receive 10% of the sale value for gaining the initial contract and 5% for renewing the contract in future years. Applicants must have proven sales experience in Business to Business telesales and excellent Account Management skills. Good administration skills and being organized are essential. Applicants will be earning £40,000 plus within 2 years of being successful, which will grow each year as their portfolio increases.
