The Role:
As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality food and maintaining smooth kitchen operations. You will work 37.5 hours per week, including some weekends.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Assisting in menu planning and food preparation
✔️ Overseeing kitchen operations.
✔️ Ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency
✔️ Managing stock control and kitchen hygiene standards
✔️ Supporting and training junior kitchen staff
✔️ Maintaining compliance with food safety regulations
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
✅ Passion for fresh, high-quality food and creative menus
✅ Strong leadership and teamwork skills
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✅ Flexible approach to weekend work
