Digital Learning Designer

Collaborating with subject matter experts from different departments, you'll develop custom, high-quality content that captivates and engages learners while ensuring alignment with our vision for success.

You’ll deliver
* Collaborate with stakeholders & SMEs across the business to identify learning needs and craft effective learning experiences tailored to those needs.
* Develop eLearning content using authoring, editing, and design software (like Articulate and Adobe) that aligns with our design principles and NewDay's brand guidelines.
* Actively participate in testing and provide constructive feedback on the team's output to improve quality and efficiency, encouraging new ideas and creative approaches in learning design.
* Continuously update and improve our mandatory learning suite, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.
We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:
* Verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate design concepts and some copyediting skills.
* Learning Management Systems to support content deployment and tracking – experience with Workday is a bonus.
* Familiarity with eLearning tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
* Knowledge of core design principles (colour theory, typography, layout, visual hierarchy).

* The ability to integrate modern design trends into innovative projects.
