This is a hybrid role, with office location in Chorley, North West England. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with SQL (query writing, data manipulation, data analysis). Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP, or other finance systems is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers, diagnosing and resolving software and data-related issues. Write and execute SQL queries to investigate, manipulate, and analyse data for troubleshooting and reporting purposes. Perform application testing to ensure software updates and new features meet functional and performance requirements. Work closely with development teams to escalate and resolve technical issues, providing detailed reports and feedback. Contribute to knowledge base documentation to enhance self-service support options for customers. Collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure smooth deployment of new features and customer onboarding. Required Skills & Experience: Proficiency in SQL (query writing, data manipulation, data analysis). Experience supporting or working with Microsoft Dynamics GP (preferred), or other financial software packages Strong accounting and financial knowledge Strong technical troubleshooting skills in enterprise software environments. Experience with application testing and defect reporting. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
