Morson are currently supporting a professional services organisation based in Sheffield who are looking for a HR Generalist to join their HR team.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary between £40,000 - £45,000 DOE. This is a regional role which will require travel to Manchester, Scotland, Sheffield, York and Newcastle - on average around 2 - 3 days per week. You will receive milage to compensate for this.
As a HR Generalist, you will be required to support across the entire employee lifecycle, including payroll.
The Role:
ER case management
Supporting across the recruitment and selection process
Processing payroll
Coaching and upskilling managers on a range of HR issues
Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies
First line HR guidance
HR reporting
Support with employee pension and benefits
Policy enhancement
Requirements:
A strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
Good employment law knowledge
Proven experience of working as a generalist HR professional
Access to your own vehicle for travel
