We are seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager to join our team at The Grosvenor Arms in Aldford. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for driving the food culture and keeping your team engaged with exciting new dishes.
About the Role:
* The estimated salary for this position is between £33,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
* You will work closely with the Head Chef to run the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
* This role involves managing a team of chefs, including junior sous chefs, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a junior sous chef or sous chef in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel setting.
* A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments.
