Graduate Business Software Consultant
Salary: £25,000 + £300 guaranteed commission for the first three months (OTE £60,000)
Purpose:
BSCs are responsible for outbound and inbound sales prospecting. Rather than trying to close deals, their work revolves around generating and qualifying new leads and booking for a BDM to sell the product and conduct demonstrations.
Reports to: Sales Floor Manager
Hours of Work: Monday - Saturday (1 Saturday in 4, 10am-2pm; overtime paid for these hours)
Internal and External Relationships:
Head of Sales, Head of Telesales, Sales Enablement Manager, Senior Sales Floor Manager, Sales Floor Manager
Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:
* Achieving monthly KPIs input and output metrics.
* Managing the pipeline daily to promote a dynamic, fast-paced sales journey.
* Collaborating with dedicated BSCs to ensure high team performance.
* Promoting high-quality performance and demo bookings via your dedicated BDM.
* Structuring your day autonomously to optimize performance.
* Being an expert in our products and services to ensure a solution-led and consultative approach to sales.
* Engaging and communicating professionally with decision-makers at a senior level.
* Building effective relationships with existing customers through probing questioning and clarification.
* Adding value by positively discussing our company, brand, values, and products and services.
* Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
* Being accountable for performance at all levels.
* Self-generating opportunities through social selling and prospect/client referrals.
* Achieving targets and business objectives in a fully compliant manner.
