The Role...
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Junior Sous Chef to assist the
Executive Head Chef in leading The Headland Kitchen team.
This role would be perfect
for a Senior Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge, or perhaps you are
currently a Junior Sous in a smaller establishment? As a Junior Sous Chef you
will work in
conjunction with the senior kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of the
daily kitchen operations and that The Headland’s reputation for food quality is
maintained at all times.
Perhaps you have aspirations to
become a Sous Chef in the future?
Salary and Contract
This is a full-time permanent
position based on a 48-working week, working 5 days out of 7, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible
to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form
of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
